Devbhoomi Uttarakhand University organized a cultural and literary festival, which was held from April 28–April 29, 2023.
The university conducted various events ranging from cultural, literary, and fashion to educational.
Shikha Bharati, who has recently crowned Miss Uttarakhand 2023 2nd runner-up, was one of the jurors along with Vinayak Sharma, President of the Youth Wing of the NNSJJ.
