Uttarakhand’s Manish Pandey in Indian National Cricket team

India one day match series has to start from 20th August 2017 and the final team contestants have been selected. Virat Kohli’s team now has Manish Pandey who has been praised for his performance during IPL matches. Sachin and Dravid also have many words of appreciation for him. Manish has been selected as an all rounder for the coming one-day test match series.

Manish was also chosen for the England matches but he got injured and so had to opt out. He is a skilled batsman and a medium pace bowler as well. The selection team had his name amongst the most eligible players. Manish Pandey’s ability to tackle all the game’s difficulties has got him rise in ranks to the national cricket team. The one-day matches are going to be held in Sri Lanka from 20th August until 3rd September.

Manish Pandey was born in Nainital, Uttarakhand on 10th September 1989. He is a middle order batsman from the Karnataka domestic team. He is the first Indian cricket player to score a century during his IPL matches in 2009. He started playing cricket during his school days in Bangalore. Manish has played 12 one day and 8 T-20 international matches. His performance during IPL matches was beyond perfection according to sports critics. He has made one and a half century during his matches. His debut match was against Zimbabwe on 14th July 2015 and he made his debut for one day match in the same year. Before being dismissed he made 71 runs during his first match itself and made many critics his die hard fans. His more remarkable and recognized performance during IPL matches is from where he actually rose to fame. During IPL matches he has been a part of Kolkata Night Riders, Mumbai Indians, Pune Warriors and Royal Challengers Bangalore teams.
