Mansi Rawat won the title of Miss Uttarakhand Worldwide. Himalayanbuzz organized the event on 20 February at Ashok Spa & Resorts in Dehradun. Grand Finale Miss Uttarakhand Worldwide 2018 witnessed the most classic ramp walks. Participant models introduced themselves to the judges.
Mansi Rawat from Roorkee was crowned as Miss Uttarakhand World Wide 2018 and The first runner-up was Udita Rawat while Seema Rawat was the second runner-up.
The guest of honor on the occasion was the Former State Minister Madhu Bhatt. The judges for Mr and Miss Uttarakhand World Wide 2018 were Mr. India Worldwide 2014 Shivanku Bhatt, Miss Uttarakhand Worldwide 2017 Nehul Tyagi and Namrata Bhandari from Himalayan Buzz. The owner of Himalayan Buzz Aniruddha Badola also graced the occasion.
During the event, the winners of several subtitle contests of Miss Uttarakhand World Wide 2018 were also announced.
The auditions for Miss Uttarakhand WorldWide 2018 were conducted in Uttarakhand and Delhi where 22 girls were selected for the finale. They were groomed by the experts. The selected contestants showcased their talent in several sub-title contests that were held a few months ago.
Speaking on the occasion, the Managing Director Himalayan Buzz Gaurav Singh said, “Himalayan Buzz is a venture dedicated to promoting art, culture, education, tourism and aspiring talents from all over Uttarakhand. The aim of organizing ‘Miss Uttarakhand Worldwide 2018’ is to provide a platform for youth. We also wanted to promote glamour industry among them.”
Congratulating the winners, the Director, Himalayan Buzz Aniruddha Badola stated, “We are committed to promoting and showcasing to the world the talent and beauty of Uttarakhand. I am quite confident that with today’s event and various other events in near future, Himalayan Buzz will play an important role in increasing recognition of Uttarakhand as a state oozing with young talent.”
