Jitesh Singh Deo – Mr India 2017
Mr India 2017 Jitesh Singh Deo is currently representing India in Mr World contest. He is a Kumaoni lad who is currently living in Lucknow. Jitesh is from Lohaghat in Champwat district. Later he moved to Lucknow with parents and completed his early education there. He is an ex-student of the City Montessori School, Lucknow. Before taking up modelling as his career, he graduated from Indraprastha Engineering College.
Abhishek Kapoor – Mr Earth 2017
Abhishek Kapoor a passionate environmentalist working hard to preserve surroundings. He wanted his message to be spread through an international platform. After serving as assistant professor and senior nutrition consultant he switched over to the fashion industry. National Cultural Awards awarded him with the title of National & International icon. Abhishek was a judge of Mr Grand International 2017, held at Manila, Philippines. His biggest triumph was becoming Mr Earth 2017 Brand Ambassador.
Anukriti Gusain – Femina Miss India – Grand 2017
Born in Lansdowne of Pauri Garhwal Anukriti Gusain represented Uttarakhand in Femina Miss India 2017. Her schooling completed at Army Public School, Lansdowne. She has a computer science degree from DIT University, Dehradun. Later she even represented India at Miss Grand International 2017. Everywhere she was a tough competition for all others. Crowned Miss – India Grand 2017 at Femina Miss India 2017 she also won Miss refreshing beauty title. Earlier she became Miss India Asia Pacific World 2014 and had participated in Miss Asia Pacific World 2014.
Khushboo Rawat- Miss India Khadi 2017
Khushboo Rawat from Nainital won Miss India Khadi 2017. Winning the title was a battle between 50000 contestants. The final results came at the end of the year and made whole Uttarakhand proud. Khushboo hails from Bhikiyasain in Almora and her father’s struggle as a transporter has been rewarded. She is a student at NIIFT, Chandigarh. Her victory gave another reason to Uttarakhandis for new year’s celebrations.
Nehul Tyagi – Miss Uttarakhand 2017 Worldwide
She marked the beginning of the year winning the title of Miss Uttarakhand 2017. Later she received the award from the Neer foundation for her efforts towards water conservation. Organizations working for the social and environmental cause, IIT Roorkee, and Aviral Ganga Foundation acknowledged her work by awarding her. Later she also judged the screening rounds of beauty pageants and attended events as an eminent guest.
