Tavleen Kaur’s leadership approach has been shaped by an early grounding in academic discipline and ethical values. Educated at Brightlands School, Dehradun, where she emerged as the ICSE 2013 All India Rank 3 topper, she went on to pursue higher studies at the University of Delhi. Growing up in an environment that encouraged independent thinking and responsibility, she developed a belief that education must extend beyond textbooks and prepare individuals for long-term growth and adaptability.
Her professional work is closely tied to institutions founded by her parents with a clear social purpose. Uttaranchal (P.G.) College of Bio-Medical Sciences and Hospital was established in 2003 to create a skilled healthcare workforce aligned with societal needs. Aarambh Global School followed with the intent of offering quality-driven education rooted in relevance and integrity. Over time, both institutions have built a reputation for student-centric learning, sound governance, and academic consistency.
Tavleen formally stepped into leadership in 2018 and has since focused on strengthening institutional foundations while aligning them with future educational demands. Her responsibilities span academic governance, regulatory compliance, institutional restructuring, and operational modernisation. A key area of focus has been faculty development and the adoption of contemporary pedagogical practices that balance rigour with flexibility. Transparency and accountability remain central to the systems she has helped put in place.
Looking ahead, her vision for Aarambh Global School and Uttaranchal (P.G.) College of Bio-Medical Sciences and Hospital centres on measured expansion and sustained impact.
