Two Uttarakhand Boys debuting with TV series ‘Chandra Nandini’

Dipesh Negi from Pithauragarh and Mohit Joshi from Haldwani (Nainital) are making their debut in the television industry with epic drama series "Chandra Nandini". Both of them have been selected for the key roles in the serial. Dipesh is playing the role of Govindshankh, son of Nand and brother of Nandini, whereas Joshi is playing the role of Bhutpal, elder brother of princess Nandini.

Dipesh Negi was born and brought up at Dharchula in Pithaurgarh district. He holds an Engineer’s degree from JB Institute of Technology, Dehradun.

Mohit,on the other hand, is Nainital's progeny and completed his Bachelor’s degree from Kumaon University, Nainital. Later he went to Delhi to carry on his modelling career.

Chandra Nandini is a  history play television series, directed by Ranjan Kumar Singh and produced by Balaji Telefilms of Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The series is aired on every Monday to Friday nights. The first episode was aired on Star Plus on 10 Oct 2016.
