Sam Rajput: An Emerging Stunning Actor

Sam Rajput, a boy with a cute smile was born in a beautiful town of Rudraprayag on 17th September 1994 in a Garhwali Rajput family. He spent his childhood in Rudraprayag later he moved to New Delhi with his paternal uncle. Sam did his initial schooling from GIC Chopta till 8th grade then he took admission in Jindal Public School, Dwarka in Delhi. Sam graduated in Mass Communication from reputed Graphic Era University, Dehradun. His father’s name is Khem Singh Negi and Mother's name is Amita Negi, they live in Rudraprayag with his siblings. His father is Teacher by profession while his mother is a Home Maker.

Initial phase of Modelling

After doing 12th from Delhi Sam came to Dehradun to pursue his graduation in Mass Communication from Graphic Era University in 2012. Since childhood Sam had a keen interest in acting, so eventually he joined the Acting School of Alok Ulfat, a Dehradun-based theatre artist. This was the beginning of his acting and modelling career. Sam got his first breakthrough in Loreal BBlunt Hair Style show which was held in New Delhi in coordination with Adhuna Bhabani, one of the founder member of BBlunt Salon. He won the People's Choice Mr. Doon  title in 2013 and in Mr. Delhi 2013 he titled as Mr. Talented.

Starting of  Acting Career

As an actor, he started his career with a short film 'A Bee In A Brooder's Dream', which was nominated for Cannes film festival. He lasted until the studio round in 'Z Cine Stars ki Khoj, Season-3’. After completing graduation Sam shifted to Mumbai to begin his career in Television Industry. Sam kick started his Tv career with a Marathi serial where he played an important role. After that, he got many other breakthroughs in Code Red, Gumarah, Sadda Haq etc. Currently, he is on a short break and spending his time in Dehradun.

As an actor Sam believes that to excel in the career of acting one should live, feel and be the character he is set to act. He thinks beyond the stereotype and believes that to be a successful actor one doesn’t have to have a pretty face or a gym-toned body, eventually, that may help in Modelling career but that has very little to do with acting. Instead, one need self-motivation, natural touch and passion for your work.
